EMEA Marketing Program Manager   

Location: Amsterdam OR London

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EMEA Program Manager to join our high performing and dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first liaison with the global programs team, localise global programs for the EMEA markets, and own the alignment with our SDR teams ensuring they are well-equipped to follow up on leads. You will play a crucial role in driving new and existing programs and webinars, managing budgets, whilst integrating our programs seamlessly with field marketing and campaign teams. You will also coach and develop a small team.

What you’ll do:

- Lead and act as the primary liaison with the global programs team to implement and build exciting new programs localised, or created in EMEA.

- Localise global programs to effectively meet the needs of EMEA markets

- Own the alignment with EMEA SDR teams, ensuring they are set up for success in lead follow-up

- Help grow our EMEA business by designing and executing various regional online and offline programs to drive pipeline creation and measurable results.

- Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to meet our targets

- Collaborate actively with field marketing and campaign teams to ensure flawless integration of our programs

- Coach and guide a team member based in Amsterdam, one contractor in Amsterdam, and our marketing support expert in India in dotted line

- Engage with third party suppliers

- Join a world-class marketing team, coach and develop a small team and partner closely with various stakeholder within marketing, sales and sales engineering.

 

Requirements:

- Demonstrated creativity in program development and problem-solving

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proven experience working with global teams, particularly in the US

- Strong knowledge of reporting and analytics using Salesforce and Tableau to monitor results and identify areas for improvement

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- The ability to coach and guide team members across different locations

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment

- Proven track record of successful program localization and creation

- Experience managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of resources

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a hands-on and results driven attitude

  7. Miscellaneous.  The terms of this Agreement will remain in effect with respect to any particular Confidential Information until you can document that such Confidential Information falls into one of the exceptions stated in Section 2 above.  You acknowledge and agree that due to the unique nature of the Confidential Information, any breach of this Agreement would cause irreparable harm to Company for which damages are not an adequate remedy, and that Company shall therefore be entitled to equitable relief in addition to all other remedies available at law.  This Agreement is personal to you, nonassignable by you, governed by the internal laws of the State of California and may be modified or waived only in writing signed by both parties.  If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, such provision will be limited or deleted to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.  The prevailing party in any dispute or legal action regarding the subject matter of this Agreement shall be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees and costs.
