We are aware of recent reporting regarding Carahsoft and the grand jury subpoena served at Carahsoft’s Virginia offices. As previously disclosed, we received a grand jury subpoena from the Department of Justice in October 2023 related to Rubrik's federal sales business and we are cooperating fully with that investigation. We are not aware of a connection between the recent reporting regarding Carahsoft and the matter previously disclosed by us. At the end of Q2 fiscal 2025, Rubrik’s federal sales business represented a low single digit percentage of subscription ARR.
